About Omnia Partners

Omnia Partners is a fractional revenue management and distribution consultancy for short-term rental (STR) operators and property management companies. We take pricing, distribution, and channel strategy off our clients' plates and turn them into a measurable commercial advantage — typically a 10–15% revenue uplift within the first 90 days.

We work as an embedded extension of our clients' teams across three pillars: Revenue Management & Distribution Strategy; Brand Marketing & Direct Booking Growth; and Tech, Operations & Automation. This role sits at the centre of the first pillar.

The Role

We're hiring a Revenue Manager to own day-to-day pricing and distribution performance across a portfolio of STR and PMC clients. You'll set and defend pricing strategy, manage rates across channels, and translate market data into decisions that move RevPAR and occupancy in the right direction. This is a hands-on, results-accountable role — you'll be the person clients trust to make the call on price.

You'll work independently across multiple time zones and client portfolios, so we're looking for someone who's comfortable owning outcomes without close supervision.

What You'll Do

  • Own pricing strategy and execution across a portfolio of STR/PMC clients, setting base rates, minimum-stay rules, and seasonal logic that hold up to scrutiny.
  • Run demand-gated pricing: raise rates into high-demand dates and events rather than reflexively discounting into soft ones.
  • Build and maintain pricing models grounded in market data (comp sets, pace, pickup, percentile-based base pricing), with a clear rationale behind every rule.
  • Manage rate and availability distribution across OTAs and direct channels, ensuring parity, consistency, and clean channel hygiene.
  • Layer local event and seasonality overlays into pricing calendars for each market.
  • Produce and interpret pace, pickup, and revenue-by-listing reporting; turn the numbers into clear recommendations for clients.
  • Monitor performance against revenue targets and proactively flag risks and opportunities.
  • Present strategy and results to clients with confidence, defending decisions with data.
  • Continuously refine pricing logic as markets, supply, and demand shift.

What You'll Bring

  • 3+ years in revenue management, ideally in short-term rentals, hospitality, or hotels.
  • Strong command of revenue management fundamentals: pace, pickup, pickup curves, lead time, comp sets, percentile-based pricing, and demand forecasting.
  • Hands-on experience with STR market data and pricing tools (e.g. AirDNA, PriceLabs, Beyond, Wheelhouse, or similar).
  • Working knowledge of property management systems and channel managers (e.g. Guesty), and how rates flow through to OTAs.
  • Genuine fluency with data — comfortable in spreadsheets, building models, and spotting the story in a dataset.
  • Sharp commercial judgement: you know when to hold price and when to move.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication; you can explain a pricing decision to a sceptical client and have them leave convinced.
  • Self-directed and reliable in a fully remote, multi-client environment.

Nice to Have

  • Experience managing pricing across multiple markets or international portfolios.
  • Familiarity with direct booking strategy and the trade-offs between OTA and direct channels.
  • Exposure to reporting automation or scripting (e.g. Google Apps Script, SQL) to streamline recurring analysis.
  • Prior consultancy, agency, or fractional experience serving multiple clients at once.

Why Join Us

  • Real ownership: you make the pricing calls, and you see the impact in client revenue.
  • Variety: a portfolio of clients and markets rather than a single property to manage.
  • Fully remote, with the autonomy to structure your own day around outcomes, not hours logged.
  • A consultancy that takes revenue management seriously as a discipline, not an afterthought.

How to Apply
