About Omnia Partners

Omnia Partners is a fractional revenue management and distribution consultancy for short-term rental (STR) operators and property management companies. We take pricing, distribution, and channel strategy off our clients' plates and turn them into a measurable commercial advantage — typically a 10–15% revenue uplift within the first 90 days.

We work as an embedded extension of our clients' teams across three pillars: Revenue Management & Distribution Strategy; Brand Marketing & Direct Booking Growth; and Tech, Operations & Automation. This role is how clients experience all three.

The Role

We're hiring an Account Manager to own the client relationship from kickoff through renewal. You'll be the steady, trusted point of contact who keeps engagements on track, makes sure clients see and understand the value we deliver, and turns good results into long-term, growing relationships.

This isn't an order-taking role. You'll set the cadence, run the conversations, connect client goals to the work our delivery teams do, and protect both the relationship and the commercial health of the account. The best person here makes clients feel looked after and makes Omnia look excellent — at the same time.

You'll work independently across multiple time zones and client portfolios, so we're looking for someone comfortable owning relationships without close supervision.

What You'll Do

  • Own a portfolio of client accounts end to end — from onboarding through delivery, reporting, renewal, and growth.
  • Run smooth onboarding: set expectations, agree goals and success metrics, and get new clients to value quickly.
  • Be the primary point of contact: lead regular check-ins, keep communication tight, and make sure nothing falls through the cracks.
  • Translate between client and delivery teams — turn client goals into clear briefs, and turn our work into clear value the client understands.
  • Present results and progress against agreed targets; tell the story behind the numbers, not just the numbers.
  • Spot and act on retention risk early, and identify opportunities to expand engagements across our three service pillars.
  • Manage the commercial side of accounts: scope, contract periods, renewals, and billing logistics, in coordination with the Director.
  • Keep CRM records, account notes, and pipeline accurate and up to date.
  • Gather feedback continuously and feed it back into how we deliver.

What You'll Bring

  • 3+ years in account management, client services, or customer success — ideally in an agency, consultancy, SaaS, or hospitality/STR setting.
  • A genuine relationship-builder: clients trust you, like working with you, and stay.
  • Strong commercial instincts — you understand retention, expansion, and the difference between a busy account and a healthy one.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication; you can run a client call, defuse a tense moment, and write a clear follow-up that lands.
  • Comfort with data and reporting: you can read a performance report and explain what it means for the client's business.
  • Highly organised and dependable across multiple accounts and deadlines, with no detail dropped.
  • Self-directed and reliable in a fully remote, multi-client environment.

Nice to Have

  • Familiarity with short-term rentals, property management, hospitality, or revenue management concepts.
  • Experience managing contracts, renewals, and billing workflows (e.g. CRM and subscription/Direct Debit billing tools).
  • Hands-on experience with a CRM such as HubSpot.
  • A background that spans both client-facing and commercial responsibilities.

Why Join Us

  • Real ownership: these are your accounts, your relationships, and your renewals.
  • Variety: a portfolio of clients and markets rather than a single account to babysit.
  • Fully remote, with the autonomy to structure your own day around outcomes, not hours logged.
  • A consultancy that delivers results worth talking about — which makes the relationship side a pleasure rather than a defence.
